- In a large bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Flip the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Remove the skillet from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
