  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
  1. Rinse the Alaska pollock fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until it begins to foam.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned pollock fillets in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Once the fish is cooked, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets and gently toss to coat.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the fish. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
  7. Plate the butter garlic Alaska pollock and garnish with additional lemon wedges. Enjoy your meal!
