- Rinse the Alaska pollock fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until it begins to foam.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.
- Carefully place the seasoned pollock fillets in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once the fish is cooked, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets and gently toss to coat.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the fish. Give it a gentle stir to combine.
- Plate the butter garlic Alaska pollock and garnish with additional lemon wedges. Enjoy your meal!
