- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce, mixing well until the chicken is fully coated.
- On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the black beans, corn, and diced red onion over the chicken.
- Top everything with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add jalapeño slices on top if you like some heat.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top with diced avocado and chopped cilantro before serving.
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream and lime wedges on the side.
