  1. Gather all your ingredients. Rinse fresh blueberries under cold water or use frozen blueberries directly from the freezer.
  2. In a blender, add the blueberries, banana, yogurt, and milk. If you desire a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you want a colder or thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
