  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions
  1. Start by peeling the ripe banana and breaking it into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  2. In a blender, combine the banana pieces, almond milk, vanilla extract, chai spice blend, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt to the blender for creaminess and protein.
  4. Finally, toss in the ice cubes to make the smoothie chilled and refreshing.
  5. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no chunks of banana or ice remaining.
  6. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  7. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
