  • 1 pound Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with the olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the shrimp evenly.
  3. Spread the seasoned shrimp evenly on a baking dish.
  4. Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes over the shrimp.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and tomatoes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
