  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian herbs (such as basil, oregano, and thyme)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the shrimp and tomatoes are well coated.
  3. Transfer the shrimp and tomato mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp and tomatoes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
