  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, thyme, and basil. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl. Toss the shrimp in the mustard-honey mixture until they are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
  5. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a minute before serving.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the shrimp for added flavor.

Notes

For a variation, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
