- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, thyme, and basil. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl. Toss the shrimp in the mustard-honey mixture until they are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a minute before serving.
- Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the shrimp for added flavor.
Notes
For a variation, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
