  • 2 pieces Lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped
  • for serving Lemon wedges

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and place it on top, keeping it attached at the base.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, ensuring it is well coated.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
