Crust Ingredients
  • 1.5 packages (about 36 cookies) Oreo Cookies
  • 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) Unsalted Butter melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream cold

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour the peanut butter filling over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set completely before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use salted butter in the crust. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings or extra peanut butter before serving.
