- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
- Pour the peanut butter filling over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set completely before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted butter in the crust. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings or extra peanut butter before serving.
